We all have a certain amount of stress in our lives. Some stress can be useful as it helps the adrenaline to flow and our minds and body to be sharper and ready to respond. All too often though stresses can be confining and when Inadequately managed can lead to anxiety, withdrawal, aggression, poor coping skills, physical illness and the inability to succeed.
Students that are able to identify stresses, gain a real perception and have the skills to respond more effectively and positively to stress are less likely to feel overloaded, helpless or anxious about the future.
