In this module students look at creating specific SMART goals to enhance their learning, strategies for set backs, tools to help keep motivation high, and how to manage set backs.

Goal setting= peak performance
Goal setting is essential linked to task performance. Setting challenging SMART goals with appropriate feedback is essential in maintaining a high task performance. Practical what to do strategies when set backs occur and how to keep motivated during those senior years at school.
Learning intention:
Students write a number of goals centred around health and wellbeing, school and study, home and family. They then assess these goals against the SMART goals criteria.
Students demonstrate a number of tools to assist them with possible setbacks when referring to their goals.
