In the lead up to camp you will need to send home a Parent Information pack with the medical forms etc. To ensure you have a smooth lead up to camp  we suggest this is sent out at least 6 weeks prior to camp.

  Please note: this is only required for children with a severe food allergy

• Aquatics/Water Activities Consent
  If you are doing water activities (eg Surf Education or Aquatics) Each student will be required to complete these with the form to be handed to the Instructor in Charge on the day of your Activity
